At Mandela Coffee, we take great pride in our roasting process and roast all coffee once a week. We employ this schedule to:

The timer on our homepage signifies the countdown for our next scheduled roasting day. So, make sure to place your order before the timer runs out!  

What is the best way to store my coffee?  

Knowing the best way to store your coffee is essential to maintaining the fresh, vibrant flavor of Mandela Coffee products. We recommend consuming Mandela Coffee within 25 days of roasting, and we advise that you store our coffee in its original packaging in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light.  

I want to make an online purchase, but I don’t want to start a subscription just yet. What is the easiest way to checkout?

We’re thrilled that you want to try our coffee! Simply browse the available options under “Shop Now”, and add items to your cart. Once you’re ready to checkout, click “Buy Now”. First, review your cart and change the quantity of items if necessary. You can register to become an online member of Mandela Coffee or checkout as a guest. After you fill out your billing and shipping information, a copy of your order will be sent to your email address.   

What are your subscription options?  

We are proud to offer three subscription options:

  • Weekly: Receive Mandela Coffee on a weekly basis.
  • Bi-weekly: Receive Mandela Coffee every other week.
  • Monthly: Receive Mandela Coffee once a month.

Select the option that’s best for you, and remember that you can easily customize your subscription products! For reference, a 12 oz bag usually brews enough coffee for two people in a week.

What are the available shipping methods for my order?  

Here at Mandela Coffee, we exclusively use USPS flat rate shipping.

Are shipping costs included?

Shipping costs are not included in the price. If you are ordering in bulk, please reach out to contact@mandelacoffee.com for discounted shipping pricing.  

How is my coffee delivered?

You will receive your freshly roasted coffee in sealed, Kraft bag packaging. This packaging ensures that the aromatic flavor profiles of our blends are fully captured and delivered right to your door. Mandela Coffee ships exclusively with USPS.

When does my order ship?

We are committed to delivering the freshest coffee possible to all our valued customers. We package and ship all orders within 24 hours of our weekly roasting.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery time is estimated to be between 2-5 days after roasting, depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

Mandela Coffee has a 100% money back guarantee! If for any reason you are not happy with our coffee, reach out to us and we will make things right. At Mandela Coffee, we listen to all feedback and are motivated to continually improve our products and processes.

How can I stop receiving emails?

If you wish to stop receiving email newsletters, simply click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of our Home Page, or click “Unsubscribe” on one of our newsletters.

How do I change my subscription option?  

First, login to your account at the top right navigation bar. Then, click “Account” – from here, you can view your current subscription option and make the appropriate changes.

How do I make changes to my subscription account?  

Click the “Subscriptions” link on the left navigation bar. From here, you can upgrade/downgrade/reconfigure your subscription, as well as your billing and shipping information. You may also cancel subscriptions on this page.

I forgot my password.

Click either the “Login” or “Register” links at the top of the page. On the page below the “Login” area, you will see a link for “Forgot Password”. Click this and enter your email, and a new temporary password will be sent to your email account.

Can I checkout as a guest?

You can checkout as a guest when making a single purchase. However, if you purchase a subscription plan, you are required to set up an account at checkout. This streamlines the subscription process and allows you to easily manage your subscription.
